We would all love for coaching staff's to be known for both their ability to bring in high profile recruits and be studs on the recruiting trail while also being able to coach up the lesser known players. However in this media cycle it seems more often that staff's are labled as either great recruiters and subpar coaches or vice versa.

If you had to choose for you staff to be known nationally as, what would it be?

Coaching - Your team wins nine games each and every year and goes to quality bowl games but each February you are left out of the Signing Day fun because you finish between 30-40 in the recruiting rankings. Your coaching staff though coaches those guys up and gets the most out of each player developing into solid prospects.

Recruiting - Your team wins nine games each and every year but you lose one or two games because your coaching staff makes a mistake or two. However, each February your team earns national acclaim by the pundits for another top five recruiting class bringing in elite players across the country.
